Our Philosophy

GIFT believes in Strengthening of the family unit that allows the children to have a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. We believe in the importance of preventive measures to stop abuse of children, men and women.  When you support GIFT, you can be sure you are joining a community that believes that development and safeguarding children's rights is integral to the progress of human kind.

How We Do It?

We believe that prevention is a key component of comprehensive care. Education, Access to Better Healthcare, and creating Employment Opportunities are proven ways of relieving the suffering of children and promoting children’s rights.

GIFT believes in prevention, and the protection and development of children. Our programs and services are designed to fulfill our mission of preventing children and youth from becoming involved in harmful activities, such as trafficking, other criminal activities where kids would be exploited, made vulnerable to drugs, and physically and emotionally abused leading to a generational cycle of abuse and poverty.

We serve socially disadvantaged  families and children through the following Initiatives -

    1. Global Educational Initiative

2. Mental Health Initiative

3. Kid Fit initiative

4. Clean Green Initiative

5. GIFT Medical Fund

Our Leadership Team

Manna Dabholkar – Chief Executive Officer

With over a decade of leadership experience in the profit and nonprofit sectors and a unique educational background, Manna stands at the intersection of Purpose and Profit. Her passion for public service inspired her to study International Law and Business. Manna spearheaded Operations for the American Red Cross in Southern California as the Director of Regional Operations. During the same time, she also served as the Red Cross Managing Director of Round It Up America® (RIUA) – a partnership between the American Red Cross and RIUA, a nonprofit initiative by leaders in the restaurant industry. After leading one of the most prestigious organizations, she pursued her dream of creating a non-profit organization that would serve families and children affected by violence, trafficking and exploitation. GIFT was born out of that zest to make the planet a safer place for our children.
